Shipping of Orders by SmilleClinic

At SmilleClinic, we understand the importance of fast delivery to our customers. This is why all orders placed on weekdays before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same day. If you place an order on a weekday before 1 p.m., we will aim to have your package shipped the same day.

Please note that our shipments are made Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday after 1 p.m. or during the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday. We work with reliable delivery partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. The delivery time will depend on your address and the delivery method you chose when ordering.

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will also include a tracking link so you can follow the status of your delivery in real time.

Delivery delay

SmilleClinic works with various delivery services such as PostNL, Bpost, Dpd, GLS for individuals and DHL for professionals, to bring your dental products to you. Deliveries are generally made between 1 and 3 business days after shipping. We take care to minimize any problems during delivery.

Delivery Rates

Delivery to Belgium , the Netherlands , Germany , France and Luxembourg

• Free for orders over €65.
• 6€ for orders below 65€.

Delivery in Europe

• Delivery costs of €15 to €25 depending on the country.

Delivery outside Europe

• Delivery cost of €30 for all countries outside Europe.

 

Tracking control
